Universal Worker – Weekend Package

We are looking for a Weekend Package Universal Worker to join our team on the weekends from 4 PM – 8 PM. This position earns time and a half.

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Training: Preferred but not required. Must participate in ongoing continuing education.
Brief job description: (this is not a complete job description)
- Assist tenants with aspects of daily living as determined by the service plan.
- Provide reminders to tenants as determined by the service plan.
- Perform or assist tenants with basic services such as light housekeeping and laundering of bed linens.
- Perform assurance checks to ensure tenant safety as assigned per tenant service plan.
- Report tenants physical or mental changes and requests to the Assisted Living Director and/or DON.
- Promote and assist as needed with activities and social events.
- Always follow tenant rights policies and procedures.
- Review and follow each tenant’s individual service plan.
- Always follow HIPPA and confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Help prepare the dining room, serve food, and complete the clean-up of the dining room after mealtime.
- Perform any cleaning duties assigned during scheduled shift.
